# Embassy Knowledge Park Master Plan: An Integrated Township in North Bengaluru The [Embassy Knowledge Park](https://www.embassyknowledgepark.net.in/) Master Plan is being proposed as a 200-acre integrated township at Tharahunise, Yelahanka on the outskirts of NH-44 and Bellary Road in North Bengaluru. The township is planned in phased development with residential clusters and green buffers having lifestyle conveniences and in-house IT tech park. Phase 1 constitutes a 64-acre section of the master plan and encompasses two residentially zoned precincts. The apartment precinct comprises an area of 14 acres and is planned to accommodate four high rise towers with 855 apartment units. 5 BHK configurations, averaging between approx. 1,330 to 2,250 sq. Thus, Phase 1 of the apartment and villa precincts comprises of a total 1,072 residences. The master plan suggests an emphasis on integrated living with the inclusion of the on-site IT tech park, a Grand Clubhouse, internal circulation network and green programme consisting of approx. 4,000 trees. The development is also emphasized on providing a greener township by dedicating significant open and landscaped buffers around the residential clusters. Another important factor associated with the project, is the context and location of Embassy Knowledge Park. The project is situated on the peripheral location of the Bengaluru airport corridor, providing better connectivity to Kempegowda International Airport and North Bengaluru's commercial corridors. The project is also in proximity to Stonehill International School. Remaining 136 acres of the 200-acre master plan are proposed to be developed in subsequent phases. The final character of the township shall evolve as the infrastructure, landscaping and amenities are developed and the subsequent phases are constructed.
